XR handlebar installation kits deliver a precise fit and quality construction at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished prior to plating, and cables are engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use a heavy gauge stainless steel core embedded in an abrasion-resistant outer jacket for superior durability and responsive braking.

Kits that include manifolds feature all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for a clean, reliable installation.
