The XR handlebar installation kit delivers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. ⚙️🏍️

The kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT-compliant brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

  • Low-effort, high-efficiency cable design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Brake lines feature heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.
  • Where included, manifolds are fully brazed for optimal OE fitment and appearance and use -3 AN connections for straightforward installation.
  • Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications for safe riding.
  • The kit is designed for use with ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers.

All fittings are highly polished prior to plating, and the kit ships with the hardware and fittings necessary for a reliable installation.
