The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a precise fit and high-quality components at an economical price. Ideal for installation on ape hanger handlebars with 2" risers, the kit simplifies routing and setup while retaining OE-level performance. 🏍️

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions. All fittings are highly polished before plating.

All cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. XR brake lines employ heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough, abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response. Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction to ensure optimal OE fitment and appearance; manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation.
