The XR handlebar installation kit offers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. 🔧
Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.
All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. 🛠️
Brake lines feature heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and responsive braking; kits with manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation.
Brake lines are DOT compliant with FMVSS-106 specifications; DOT certification is valid only in the USA. Kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers.
