XR handlebar installation kit delivers a precise fit and excellent quality at an economical price.

The kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or a hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines feature heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.

Where included, manifolds use an all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for optimal fitment and appearance.

Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. DOT certification is only valid in USA. The kit is based on ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers.
