Designer Series alternate-length front brake line kit engineered for Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with ABS. The kit provides a direct-fit lower assembly designed to be used with alternate-length upper lines to follow OEM routing while maintaining anti-lock braking compatibility. 🏍️
Constructed with PTFE inner tubing, aramid fiber reinforcement, premium braided layers and a clear outer PVC jacket to minimize expansion, resist scuffing and protect painted or chromed surfaces.
Kit features and fitment notes:
- Lower assembly is direct fit; upper, lower, mid and adapter kits are sold separately to achieve correct fitment for specific models and configurations.
- Single disc Dyna and Sportster models use two kits (upper and lower). Softail models typically use three kits (upper, mid and optional lower), with specific adapter requirements for '11 - '17 and '18+ configurations.
- Dual disc Touring models use three kits; Trike models use two kits (upper and mid). A Designer mid-line and upper line are required for all Touring and Trike models with ABS.
- Upper line length for many models is determined by measuring the OE master cylinder line; non-stock applications require measuring upper line length and banjo angle.
ABS-specific upper and lower kits are required on Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with ABS; using non-ABS lines may compromise anti-lock braking performance. Designer Series ABS kits are identified with “ABS” printed on the hose for easy recognition.
Assembled in the USA and engineered to closely match original routing and brake system performance while offering enhanced protection and reduced expansion compared to conventional hoses.
