Designer Series brake line kit engineered to meet ABS routing and fitment requirements for stock and alternate length brake lines.
The kit includes a direct-fit lower assembly intended to be used with alternative-length upper lines that follow the OEM routing path.
Braid color and weave are matched to related control cables and brake lines, while a crystal-clear outer jacket protects paint and chrome without discoloring.
Lines are built with PTFE inner tubing, aramid reinforcement and premium braided construction under an outer PVC jacket to minimize expansion and maintain consistent brake performance.
Upper, lower and mid-line assemblies and adapters are sold separately to achieve the precise routing and fitment required for different applications.
Specific model fitment varies: single-disc Dyna and Sportster applications typically use two kits; many Softail configurations require three kits (lower optional); Touring and Trike models use multiple kits with a required mid-line and upper line to complete ABS routing.
Non-stock applications require measuring upper line length and banjo angle to ensure correct fitment, and special instructions apply for certain '11–'18+ Softail and dual-disc configurations.
These kits are assembled in the USA and are intended for Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with ABS; failure to use ABS-specific lines may compromise anti-lock braking performance.
