Engineered for Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with ABS, this Alternate Length Designer Series front brake line kit offers ABS‑specific construction and routing to maintain anti-lock braking performance when using stock or alternate length lines.
Brake lines are built with PTFE inner tubing and DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement beneath a premium braided layer, all enclosed in a crystal-clear outer PVC jacket to reduce expansion, protect finish, and resist discoloration and scuffing.
The kit includes a direct-fit lower assembly designed to be used with alternative-length upper lines; upper, lower, mid-line and adapter kits are sold separately to achieve precise fitment for different models and handlebar setups.
- Single-disc Dyna and Sportster models typically require two kits (one upper and one lower).
- Softail models generally use three kits (upper, mid and lower) with the lower optional on many applications; adapters may be required for specific model years and configurations.
- Dual-disc Touring models use three kits (upper, mid and lower); Trike models use two kits (upper and mid).
Non-stock applications require measuring upper brake line length and banjo angle to ensure correct fitment; follow the provided measurement guidance for master cylinder and manifold reference points.
