MAGNUM SHIELDING Alternate Length Designer Series ABS-Specific Front Brake Line Kit — 30", with ABS, 10 mm 35° banjo

Alternate length front brake line kit engineered for motorcycles equipped with ABS, designed to follow the OEM routing and maintain anti-lock braking performance.

Constructed with PTFE inner tubing and DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, the lines feature premium braided outer layers and a clear PVC jacket to resist scuffing and prevent discoloration.

This kit includes a direct-fit lower assembly intended for use with alternative length upper lines; upper, lower, mid and adapter kits are sold separately to ensure a precise fit.

Single disc Dyna and Sportster models require two kits (one upper and one lower). Softail models typically use three kits (except '18+ dual disc), with the lower kit optional on many applications.

An adapter allows the upper line to complete the connection from the ABS controller ('11 - '17) or lower brake line ('18+) to the master cylinder on applicable Softail models; an adapter is not needed when replacing both upper and lower '18+ Softail dual disc lines.

Dual disc Touring models use three kits (upper, lower and mid-line). Trike models use two kits (upper and mid-line) with no lower available. A Designer mid-line and upper line are required for all Touring and Trike models with ABS.

Upper line length for Softail, Dyna, and '14+ Sportster models is determined using the stock master cylinder brake line as a guide; measure from where the flexible line enters the crimp collar and follow OEM routing up to the master cylinder.

For '18+ Softail upper line replacement when reusing the stock lower assembly, measure from the lower manifold to the master cylinder, subtract 1.5" for the adapter, and round up to the next available length.

Non-stock applications require measuring upper brake line length and banjo angle to ensure correct fitment. Failure to use ABS-specific upper and lower brake line kits may compromise anti-lock braking performance; ABS kits are identified by the letters “ABS” printed on the hose.
