The Alternate Length Designer Series ABS-Specific Front Brake Line Kit provides a direct-fit lower assembly designed to work with alternative upper lines while maintaining OEM routing and ABS performance.
Engineered with PTFE inner tubing, Kevlar aramid fiber reinforcement, braided outer and a clear PVC jacket to resist scuffing and reduce line expansion for consistent brake feel.
Lower assemblies, upper lines, mid-line and adapter kits are sold separately to achieve the correct routing and fitment for each application.
Single disc Dyna and Sportster models require two kits (one upper and one lower). Softail models generally use three kits, with the lower optional on most applications; upper kits are required for handlebar changes.
Dual disc Touring models use three kits, and Trike models typically require two kits (one upper and one mid-line). A Designer mid-line and upper line are required for all Touring and Trike ABS applications to complete the routing from the master cylinder to the ABS controller.
Non-stock applications require measuring upper line length and banjo angle to ensure correct fitment. Use your stock master cylinder brake line as a guide when determining upper line length.
These ABS-specific kits are identified with the letters “ABS” printed directly on the brake hose. Assembled in the USA.
