This vented dipstick vents excessive crankcase pressure from the oil tank through a PCV-style breather and integrated oil-separator system. 🛢️

It screws into the factory oil fill spout as a direct replacement and includes a perforated disc, replaceable filter element and umbrella flapper valve.

Two venting options are included: a 1/8 NPT breather with an internal porous filter, or a quick-disconnect coupler with hose and filter element.

Installation reduces blowby build-up in the oil tank; testing shows lower engine oil sump loss, smoother revving and improved mpg.

There are two ways to read the hot oil level: Full Hot Stand (FHS) with the bike on the jiffy stand, or Full Hot Upright (FHU) with the bike upright and level.

This dipstick gets hot; use a glove when checking. Avoid sustained use of the rev limiter and run conventional oil in M8 engines to help maintain ring seal and minimize blowby.
