Overview 🛠️🔧
This tool clamps and secures forks and shocks to make service fast, safe, and precise. It was engineered to simplify oil changes, seal replacement, and re-valving by holding cylindrical components firmly and allowing repeatable measurements.
- Repositionable bottom slide bar holds forks compressed while bleeding air (priming cartridge) during reassembly and provides a stable platform for adding, adjusting, and measuring fork oil levels.
- Compact, rigid frame with four pre-drilled holes in the base for secure bench mounting.
- Assists removal of piston rod and seal head, and removal of shock reservoir caps, chamber pistons, or bladders.
- Can help remove fork compression valve assemblies when the stock front axle is used for support.
- Large side accepts 40 mm to 61 mm diameter parts; small side accepts 16 mm to 34 mm diameter parts.
- Soft-jaw clamp secures cylindrically shaped parts using a four-point grip for damage-free holding.
- Soft jaw peg supports the fork slider for dust seal and seal-retaining-clip removal.
- Holds shocks and forks securely while you change oil, re-valve, or replace seals.
- Rotating head supports parts in any orientation with mechanical stops every 45° for consistent positioning.
- Movable fluid catch pan with mesh insert and threaded drain bung for clean containment of oil and fluids.
- Designed to make suspension service simple and quick — a practical bench tool for routine and advanced maintenance.
🛢️⚙️ Use this clamp to speed up routine service and reduce the risk of damage when working on front-end components. It provides stable support for accurate oil-level checks and safe disassembly of sealed elements.
