Upgrade your Harley with the 412 Series Shocks — a simple, durable design that delivers a cost-effective improvement to suspension performance. 🏍️🇺🇸
When installing on '86–'15 XL models, it may be necessary to modify or space the chain/belt guard to allow proper clearance. A shock slightly longer than stock may alter the head angle and provide somewhat quicker steering; a slightly shorter shock may provide somewhat slower steering. Before purchasing or attempting to install shocks that differ from OEM length, confirm that wheel travel can be altered without causing clearance issues such as swingarm/axle to exhaust contact or chain/belt guard or tire contact.
