The 412 Series Shocks are designed specifically for Harley models to provide a simple, durable, and cost-effective improvement to your motorcycle's suspension performance.

• A five-position cam-style spring preload adjuster lets you easily dial in your ride.
• Some or all shocks listed are approved for road use; refer to the most recent certificate for current listings.
• Multiple style options are available, including full show-chrome or black covers, and chrome or black springs and end caps.
• All shocks are measured center-of-eyelet to center-of-eyelet.
• When installing on '86-'15 XL models, it may be necessary to modify or space the chain/belt guard for proper clearance.
• A shock slightly longer than stock can alter head angle toward quicker steering; slightly shorter can result in somewhat slower steering.
• Heavy duty applications are recommended for bikes operated at or near the manufacturer's maximum load rating over 50% of the time.
• Before purchasing or attempting to install shocks that differ from OEM length, confirm wheel travel and clearance with exhaust, chain/belt guard, and tire.
