It bundles big-bore cylinders, matched piston kits, S&S 585 Easy Start® cams, Quickee pushrods, a TC3 cam support plate with TC3 oil pump, and precision hydraulic tappets to deliver stronger, more consistent performance.
- Includes two big-bore cylinders with low-friction ductile cast iron liners; bolt-in design requires no crankcase machining, balancing, or splitting
- Piston kit with two pistons, pins, clips, installation tool and complete ring packs (top, second, oil rail and expander rings)
- S&S 585 Easy Start® cams for improved torque and throttle response (intake 245° @0.053" / 0.585" lift, exhaust 260° @0.053" / 0.585" lift)
- Adjustable Quickee pushrods with chrome tubes for precise valvetrain adjustment
- TC3 cam support plate and TC3 oil pump machined from forged aluminum to ensure consistent oil pressure and longevity
- Precision hydraulic tappets with close tolerances for low leak down rates and reduced valve train noise
The kit raises displacement and provides a performance-oriented compression ratio while allowing use with stock heads in many applications. Installation is straightforward for qualified technicians and delivers a noticeable improvement in midrange power and throttle response.
Fitment notes: No para algunos modelos: not for '06 Dyna. Not compatible with S&S 79 cc Super Stock® heads. Not recommended for Tri-Glide or other three-wheel models due to lugging. '99-'04 Twin Cams will require the additional purchase of a valve spring kit (sold separately).
