The JT5 combines a lightweight aramid-carbon composite shell with a resilient resin matrix to deliver impact resistance and flexibility.

An inner EPS liner with variable density zones manages energy absorption across different impact areas.

Two shell mold sizes are used to optimize fit and performance for varying head sizes.

The main full-face polycarbonate visor features anti-scratch treatment and protects against wind and dust; an internal sun visor lowers via a lever and includes Pinlock® anti-fog predisposition.

Ventilation comes from two top intakes and a rear extractor to maintain steady airflow.

The interior is designed for comfort and freedom of movement, is removable and washable, and treated for hypoallergenic protection.

The shell is prepared for Bluetooth communication system installation and uses a micrometric strap for quick fastening and release. 😊
