Outer shell construction is DCA tricomposite fiber consisting of dyneema, carbon and aramid fibers, designed to provide a lightweight yet protective shell.

The inner shell is EPS moulded in two sizes for improved impact absorption and a better fit across sizes. It includes a practical retractable smoke visor for sun protection, a fully removable and washable interior treated with Sanitized to help reduce allergens, and a strap with a rapid-release fastener for micrometric adjustment.
