Feuling Parts Vented Dipstick — 3095, Polished silver

The billet vented dipstick vents excessive crankcase pressure from the oil tank through a PCV-style breather. It features an oil-separator system with a perforated disc, a replaceable filter element and an umbrella flapper valve to reduce blowby and improve engine smoothness.

Includes two venting options for installation: option 1 — 1/8 NPT breather vent fitting with an internal porous filter element; option 2 — quick-disconnect coupler with rubber hose and filter element. There are two ways to read hot oil level: on the jiffy stand (FHS, Full Hot Stand) or upright and level (FHU, Full Hot Upright). Because the oil pickup port is on the right side of the engine, idling or warming up on the kickstand can naturally fill the engine case and skew the oil level in the tank.

Fueling test results show decreased engine oil sump levels, smoother/free revving, improved mpg and reduced blowby. Blowby is pressure forced past rings and cylinders into the crankcase and then into the oil tank. It is important to get the correct hot oil level; the manufacturer recommends running the oil level 90%–99% full when hot. This dipstick screws into the factory oil fill spout as a direct replacement and removes unwanted buildup of blowby pressure in the oil tank. Made in the USA. This dipstick does get hot; use a glove when checking oil level.
