• Micro-finish bore allows a running fit of .0002" for minimal clearance and consistent operation.
• Big Axle™ rollers are designed around three working parts for optimized load distribution.
• The outer wheel/roller features a 27% greater wall size to reduce harmonic distortion and improve cam lobe tracking.
• Pin bearings are reduced in size by 12% to increase rpm capability and provide more precise tracking.
• The axle is increased 36% in size and doubles as the inner race, so the pin bearing and full roller assembly rotate around the axle instead of an inner race, eliminating any movement around the axle.
