Travel reduction minimizes the amount of oil inside the lifter, reducing oil aeration on steep, fast-action high-lift cam lobes and preventing pushrod seat drop when the lifter rolls onto the cam lobe ramp.
- Set with 0.065"–0.070" of pre-load; normal engine growth from heat will place operating pre-load around half travel.
- Machined steel body, precision ground needle roller bearing with high-chromium steel axle, and a high-flow disc-style quick-reacting check valve for long life and minimal friction.

Feuling® recommends pumping up each lifter by hand prior to installation to remove all air; a thin-weight oil like ATF in a squirt can works well.
Recommended for engines running higher than 185 lb (84 kg) valve spring seat pressure and compatible with Feuling® HP+® or Race Series® oil pumps for street and strip use.
