The nitrided valve is engineered to extend service life and reduce friction.

  • One-piece, stellite-tipped design fortified by a nitriding process with 0.002" depth and 0.0002" surface buildup to improve wear properties and reduce friction.
  • This process provides strong corrosion resistance and wears superior to hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating.
  • Lightweight profiles deliver excellent flow characteristics for improved performance.
  • Compatible with leaded and unleaded fuels and can be run in cast iron and bronze-type guides at close tolerances for maximum oil control and heat dissipation.
