• Includes top compression rings, second compression rings, and oil control rings.
• Top compression rings are barrel face and coated using a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process for enhanced wear resistance.
• Second compression rings are Napier; a reverse twist along with a taper-machined ring face duplicates the OD bottom-side scraping edge of a positive twist torsional ring.
• Oil control rings are a three-piece Flex Vent design that provides uniform pressure through four steel rails and two expanders for positive oil control.
• The three-piece design allows rails with a small cross-sectional area for better conformability to the bore, promoting side sealing and improved oil economy.
• Helps heat transfer between the piston and cylinder wall and controls combustion gases so the piston can transfer the energy of expanding gases to the crankshaft.
• Made in the USA. Includes enough rings for two pistons; two rings per groove except for the rails, which are two rail rings per one expander ring.
