Patented Viking Handlebar internal design guarantees easy installation of complete wiring harnesses.
The novel peak shape creates enough room for a factory vinyl-covered harness and terminal connections with shrink sleeves to pass through without chafing.
A unique flaring process produces a burr-free internal radius, giving generous clearance inside the troublesome peak.
To simplify wiring, the bars are preloaded with E‑Z pull‑thru plastic woven sleeving — insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull through.
Manufactured with premium construction, including smooth round CNC mandrel bends and machined control mounts, plus burr-free internal wiring holes and throttle-by-wire slots for a clean, high-luster appearance.
Designed to work with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches. Not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models.
