Using a unique flaring process, the burr-free internal radius forms a generous pocket of additional clearance where it’s typically tight, and Magnum preloads the bars with E‑Z pull‑thru plastic woven sleeving to make routing simple.

Manufactured with premium construction, including smooth, round CNC mandrel bends and machined control mounts (not swaged), these bars also feature burr‑free internal wiring holes, electronic throttle control slots, and a high‑luster finish for an unsurpassed appearance.
