Patented Viking Handlebar internal design guarantees easy installations of complete wiring harnesses while maintaining a clean peak appearance.

The novel internal flaring creates a burr-free radius and a generous pocket that allows factory-covered wiring harnesses, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves to pass through without chaffing.

Magnum preloads the bars with E‑Z pull‑thru plastic woven sleeving—insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull through for a simple, fast installation. 🔧

Manufactured with smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts (not swaged), burr-free internal wiring holes, electronic throttle control slots, and high-luster finishes for an unsurpassed appearance.

Works with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches. Not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models.

Viking handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and fit 1" risers; models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
