The unique peak geometry creates enough room for the factory vinyl-covered harness, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves to pass through without chafing.

A special flaring process forms a burr-free internal radius, producing a generous pocket of additional clearance where routing is typically restricted.

To simplify wiring even more, the bars come preload-fitted with E-Z pull-thru woven sleeving — insert the harness and pull it through for a fast, damage-free install.

Manufactured with smooth round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts (not swaged), burr-free internal wiring holes, electronic throttle control slots, knurled center section, and high-luster finishes for an unsurpassed appearance. 🛠️

Features include a 1-1/4" outer diameter with a 1" center section, 3-1/2" on-center knurling, and compatibility with standard controls. Not for use with stock risers or clamp-on gauge mounts on 883C and 1200C models. ⚙️
