This handlebar is CNC mandrel-bent from 1-1/2” diameter x .095” wall heavy tube and features a billet machined top with a large internal radius to allow easy wiring pull-through (non-welded top corner). Bars with squared lower bends include additional slots to ease wire routing, and knurled/notched sections accommodate throttle-by-wire applications.

The adjustable 1-1/2" collar next to the controls provides a custom, finished look and accepts OEM heated grips. EZ install eliminates the need to fight internal wiring—install the bars in minutes without cutting or splicing.

Designed with rider-friendly features: wired internal routing, knurled center for secure clamping, and notches for TBW. The construction and finish produce a clean, OEM-style appearance while simplifying installation and maintenance.
