Using a unique flaring process, the burr-free internal radius creates a generous pocket of additional clearance so factory-covered wiring and terminal connections can pass through without chaffing.

Magnum preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving — insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull through for a simple, reliable install.

Manufactured with high-quality construction, including smooth CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts (not swaged), burr-free internal wiring holes, electronic throttle control slots, and a high-luster chrome finish for an unsurpassed appearance.

Important fit notes: has 1-1/4" diameter, 1" center section, and 3-1/2" on-center knurling; not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models.
