The 1-1/4" Viking handlebar installation kit delivers a complete solution for routing wiring, cables and brake lines through Viking-style handlebars, keeping the cockpit clean and factory-like. 🔧

A patented internal handlebar design guarantees easy passage of a complete wiring harness without sacrificing the aesthetic peak of the bars.

The novel flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius and a generous pocket of clearance at the peak, allowing factory vinyl-covered wiring and terminal connections to pass without chaffing.

To simplify installations, the bars are preloaded with an E‑Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving; insert the harness into the sleeving and pull through for a fast, low-effort install.

Aggressive Viking bends are CNC mandrel bent for accurate fit and engineered wrist angles, include knurled center sections and machined control mounts, and the kits include cables, brake lines, hardware and any necessary switch extensions. Assembled in the U.S.A.
