Bank transferThe VENHILL VDEC Universal Decompressor Cable Kit is designed for easier, more controlled starting on large-capacity two-stroke motorcycles with high-compression engines.
It helps momentarily release cylinder pressure during kick-starting, reducing kick-back and the effort needed to turn the engine over.
The decompressor valve uses an M14 x 1.25 thread for cylinder heads that accept a standard 14 mm spark plug thread.
With a handlebar-mounted lever and clamp-on cable assembly, you can activate the decompressor instantly during starting and release it once the engine fires.
