Clean with gentle solutions like Shine Werks® or mild soapy water; avoid ammonia, alcohol, or solvent-based cleaners to preserve tint, coating, and UV protection.

Vendor recommends holding the handguards and bracket hardware up to the handlebars to anticipate any contact or clearance issues before installation.
