Alumicore grips pair a forged, CNC lathe-turned aluminum core with a molded thermoplastic rubber sleeve installed over a knurled surface to deliver traction and rider comfort.

An internal gear interface is forged into the grip sleeve to engage the throttle-by-wire module reliably, preventing disengagement or breakage under use.
