Compact pump sprayer for manual pressure application, designed for safe use with diluted alkalis (pH 7–14).
The unit features manual pressure build-up with a combined overpressure and venting valve and chemical-resistant Viton® (FKM) seals for reliable sealing.
- Container volume max: 1500 ml; filling volume max: 1200 ml; scale in ml for accurate dosing.
- Flat jet nozzle, 110° ABS; spray pattern: flat 110° at 2.5 bar; spraying quantity approx. 450 ml/min; effective spraying distance ~0.8 m.
- Operating pressure max: 2.5 bar; temperature range: +5 / +30 °C.

- Colour coding at container and pump head: blue; container is white/transparent; UV-resistant for outdoor use.
- Interchangeable nozzles available for application-specific use: adjusting and swivelling nozzle, stainless steel plus adjusting nozzle with plastic adjusting nut, and swivelling foam nozzle — refer to SPRAYFIxx Alkali (#38500348) nozzle kit.
Valve rod and springs are stainless steel for durability, and the design includes an EAN barcode for easy inventory tracking.
