Its thermo-injected shell uses a special polymer blend with varying shell thicknesses to balance impact protection and light weight.

A patented low friction coating is applied to the inner EPS liner to reduce rotational acceleration from oblique impacts, acting as a slip plane similar to the brain’s cerebrospinal fluid. 🧠

A visor release system ensures the visor detaches under a pre-determined force to help reduce neck loads during an impact.

Ventilation is maximized with ten inlets and seven exhaust ports for high heat transfer and airflow.
