Thermo-injected shell construction uses a special polymer blend with varying thicknesses to deliver an optimal balance of impact protection and lightweight performance.
A patented low-friction coating applied to the inner EPS liner reduces rotational acceleration from oblique impacts by acting as a slip plane that mimics the brain's cerebrospinal fluid.
The patented visor release system ensures visor separation at a predetermined force to help reduce neck loads during an impact.
Maximized ventilation with 10 inlets and 7 exhaust ports provides high levels of heat transfer and airflow for extended off-road sessions.
Material composition: 48% acrylonitrile-butadiene-styren, 20% polyurethane, 16% polystyrene (EPS), 6% polypropylene, 4% polyvinyl chloride, 2% ethylene-vinyl acetate, 2% steel, 1% expanded polypropylene, 1% polyamide.
