Lightweight off-road helmet for MX and enduro; patented low-friction liner reduces rotational forces; patented visor release; 10 inlets and 7 exhaust ports for superior ventilation.
Bank transferThe SM3 Radium helmet is engineered for MX, enduro and off-road use, with innovations focused on ease of use, comfort and impact performance. 🪖
The thermo-injected shell features a special polymer blend with variable thickness to deliver an optimal balance of impact protection and low weight.
A patented low-friction coating applied to the inner EPS liner creates a slip plane that reduces rotational acceleration in oblique impacts, mimicking the brain's natural cerebrospinal fluid. 🧠
The patented visor release system detaches at a predetermined force to help reduce neck loads during an impact.
Maximised ventilation and high heat-transfer exchange are achieved through 10 inlets and 7 exhaust ports, keeping the rider cool under load. 🌬️
Composite construction includes acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, polyurethane and expanded polystyrene among other engineered materials to deliver protection and comfort. ⚙️
