Construction: linings are removable and washable by hand using warm water and neutral soap; fabrics feature antimicrobial treatments. Crown and neck pads are elastically connected for improved oblique impact management. The top pad is removable and height-adjustable via the A-head system. Cheek pads use 3D foam, include an emergency extraction system (ERS), and offer a channel for hydration tube installation. The chin strap features a 25 mm nylon strap with stainless steel DD rings and removable covers for washing. Integrated channels on both sides accommodate a hydration system.

Protection: the visor detaching system is engineered to automatically release under impact energies greater than 15 Joules to avoid anchoring weaknesses, while PLASMA inserts in the side pads provide strategic shock absorption in critical areas.
