The SM7 Core Helmet is engineered for off-road racing, combining high-level impact protection with all-day comfort. 🏁

Its outer shell features an aerodynamic profile designed to reduce friction on impact, promoting deflection and efficient energy transfer to protect the rider's head and mitigate force to the neck and spine.

Ventilation is enhanced by 20 intake and exhaust ports (13 intakes and 8 exhausts, not including the eye port), with internal channels to maintain continuous airflow and heat management.

A patented visor detaching system automatically releases the visor when subjected to impact energy above 15 joules, and patented Plasma technology is integrated into the side pads for targeted shock absorption in critical areas. ⚡

Comfort and fit are highly configurable: removable, washable liners; 3D-foam cheek pads with an emergency extraction system and a hydration tube channel; elastically connected crown and neck pads for improved oblique impact management; adjustable top pad via the A-head system; and a secure nylon chin strap with stainless steel DD rings and removable covers for washing.

The helmet uses a shell sizing solution with multiple shell sizes to deliver an anatomical fit, interchangeable cheek pads across sizes for further personalization, integrated hydration channels on both sides, and a cutaway in the EPS for seamless communication-system installation.
