Alpinestars S-M7 Core Helmet — Size S, Red

The S-M7 Core Helmet is engineered for off-roading racing and optimized to deliver superior ventilation and comfort in a lightweight, aerodynamic shell.

Key features

• A-head fitment and visor detaching system with PLASMA technology at the lower shell edge for improved energy dissipation near the collar bone area.
• A streamlined aerodynamic profile designed to minimize external load points and promote deflection on impact.
• Ultra-ventilated construction with 20 intake and exhaust ports (13 intakes, 7 exhausts) for sustained airflow and cooling.
• Customizable fit via exchangeable cheek liners and adjustable top pad to refine fit and comfort.
• Communication-ready: EPS cutaway on the left side and earphone recesses for simple intercom installation.

Construction

• Linings are removable and washable by hand using warm water and neutral soap.
• Fabrics carry antimicrobial treatment for long-term freshness.
• Crown pad and neck pad are elastically connected to improve oblique impact management.
• Cheek liners use 3D foam and include an emergency extraction system and a channel for hydration tube routing.
• Secure chin strap with stainless steel DD rings and washable covers.

Protection

• Visor detaching mechanism is engineered to release automatically when subjected to impact energy above 15 joules, reducing anchoring-point weaknesses.
• Integrated PLASMA energy management enhances side-impact absorption to lower the risk of collar-bone area injury.

Materials

The helmet integrates a multi-material construction engineered for weight savings and energy management: 42% fiberglass, 20% polystyrene (EPS), 10% polyurethane, 8% polypropylene, 5% polyvinyl chloride, 5% steel, 4% polyamide, 3% acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, 3% polyester.
