The S-M7 Rise Helmet is engineered for off-roading racing and optimized to offer the perfect blend of superior ventilation and comfort in a lightweight design, while its supremely aerodynamic composite shell delivers exceptional impact protection.
- A-head fitment and visor detaching system combined with PLASMA technology at the lower shell edge provide optimum energy dissipation in case of contact with the collar bone area.
- Aerodynamic profile offers a smooth, streamlined shell free of external channels or features that might act as load points in an impact.
- Shell curvature promotes reduced friction on impact to encourage deflection and efficient energy transfer away from the head and neck.
- Ultra-ventilated construction with 20 intake and exhaust ports (13 intakes, 7 exhausts) for optimum airflow.
- Fit can be customized via replacement cheek pads available in multiple thicknesses and interchangeable between shell sizes.
- Communication system compatible with a cutaway section on the left side of the EPS and earphone recesses on both sides for speakers.
Construction
- Linings are removable and washable by hand using warm water and neutral soap; fabrics have antimicrobial treatments.
- Crown pad and neck pad are elastically connected for improved oblique impact management.
- Top pad is removable and adjustable in height thanks to the A-head system.
- Cheek pads are 3D foam with an emergency extraction system (ERS) and include a channel for hydration tube installation; cheek pads are interchangeable among all sizes.
- Chin strap features a 25 mm nylon strap with stainless steel DD rings and removable covers for washing; integrated channels on both sides accommodate a hydration system.
Protection
- Visor detaching system uses a release mechanism conceived to avoid inherent weaknesses in other anchoring systems; the visor is engineered to automatically detach from the shell when subjected to impact energy greater than 15 joules.
- PLASMA technology is strategically integrated into the side pads for high-performance shock absorption in a critical area, significantly reducing risk of injury.
