ALPINESTARS(MX) SM7 Rise Helmet — 2XL, Black

The SM7 Rise helmet is engineered for off-road racing, combining high-level impact protection with long-ride comfort.

Its outer shell uses composite construction to deliver a lightweight yet durable structure, and an aerodynamic profile designed to reduce friction on impact and promote energy deflection away from the head.

Thanks to 20 individual intake and exhaust ports—13 intakes and 8 exhausts, not including the eye port—the helmet is ultra-ventilated for demanding off-road conditions.

A patented visor detaching system is engineered to automatically release the visor from the shell when subjected to impact energies greater than 15 joules, improving protection regardless of direction.

Patented Plasma technology is integrated into the side pads for high-performance shock absorption in critical areas, significantly reducing the risk of injury.

Linings are removable and washable. Cheek pads are made with 3D foam and an emergency extraction system (ERS), include a channel for hydration tube installation, and are interchangeable across sizes.

The crown pad and neck pad are elastically connected to enhance oblique impact management, and the top pad is removable and height-adjustable via the A-head system.

The chin strap features 25 mm nylon webbing with stainless steel D-ring closures and removable covers for easy washing.

A shell sizing solution assigns appropriate shell dimensions to each fit size, with three shell sizes (M, L, XL) and six consumer sizes (XS–XXL) to optimize fit, comfort, and impact performance.

Fit can be further customized with replacement cheek pads available in multiple thicknesses and exchangeable between shell sizes, and integrated channels on both sides accommodate a hydration system.

The helmet is compatible with communication systems thanks to a left-side EPS cutaway and earphone recesses on both sides for seamless intercom installation.
