Its smooth shell and surface curvature reduce friction on impact, promoting deflection and transferring energy away from the skull and spinal column.

Shell sizing ensures each fit size has an appropriate shell to improve comfort, reduce overall weight, and optimize impact effectiveness.

The chin bar base is sculpted and raised to clear the collarbone, and a soft polystyrene liner extends beyond the shell and is covered by a flexible rubber compound to reduce collarbone injury risk.

Construction materials: 40% carbon-kevlar-fiberglass, 15% polystyrene (EPS), 12% polyurethane, 10% polypropylene, 8% PVC, 5% other, 4% acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, 4% polyamide, 2% steel.
