The lightweight thermo-injected shell uses a polymer blend with varying thicknesses to balance impact protection and weight.

Multiple density inner liners and engineered inner and outer surfaces reduce linear and oblique impact forces for enhanced protection. 🔒

A patented low-friction layer inside the main liner helps reduce rotational acceleration during certain oblique impacts by acting as a controlled slip plane.

The visor features a controlled-release system to limit neck forces in an impact and is shaped to channel air into the ventilation ports for improved airflow. 🌬️

Crown and cheek pads are supplied as spare parts in different thicknesses to help tailor the fit as the rider grows, and the removable cheek pad system permits safe, easy removal when needed.

The comfort liner is made with recycled textiles to lower the carbon footprint, hydration tube channels are integrated into the cheek pads, and corrosion-resistant fasteners ensure a secure fit. ♻️
