A thermo-injected shell uses a special polymer blend with varying thickness to balance high impact protection and low weight.

A multiple-density inner liner provides targeted energy absorption while a patented low-friction layer helps reduce rotational acceleration from oblique impacts.

The visor features a controlled-release system to minimize neck loads in a crash, and an emergency cheek-pad release lets pads be removed safely while the helmet remains on.

Comfort features include tailored crown and cheek pads, a recycled-material comfort liner, integrated hydration tube channels and a soft 25mm chin strap with stainless steel D-rings.
