The outer shell uses two mould sizes and an aramid carbon fiber and epoxy resin construction for a lightweight, resilient profile.
The flip-up mechanism converts the helmet from full-face to open-face without removing the chin guard, and the opening and closing are easily operated by a button on the lower part of the chin guard.
The visor is injection-moulded transparent polycarbonate with anti-scratch treatment, and a concealed internal dark sun visor is operated with one hand via a button located on the lower edge of the outer shell.
Ventilation is provided by an air intake on the chin guard and twin extractors on the upper shell; all ventilation devices are adjustable to control airflow.
An "Advanced Padding System" kit is included to customize interior fit and comfort; interiors are completely removable, washable and treated to be hypoallergenic.
The helmet features external housing for Bluetooth® communication devices, a micrometric chinstrap for quick, precise release, and includes nose guard and chinstrap as standard equipment.
