The inner shell uses EPS material allocated at different densities to disperse energy on impact, while the outer shell employs two mould sizes and aramid carbon fiber with epoxy resin for a lightweight, resilient build.
Flip-up functionality converts the helmet from full face to open face without removing the chin guard, which itself is crafted entirely from carbon fiber. The opening and closing mechanism is operated easily via a lower chin-guard button.
Visor elements include an injection-molded transparent polycarbonate shield with anti-scratch treatment and a concealed internal dark sun visor, both operated with one hand. Ventilation features an intake on the chin guard and two extractors on the upper shell; all vents are adjustable for controlled airflow. ✨
An advanced padding system kit is included to customize the interior fit; interiors are removable, washable and treated for hypoallergenic protection. The helmet also includes external housing for Bluetooth communication devices, a micrometric chinstrap for quick adjustment and release, plus a nose guard and chinstrap as standard equipment. ✅
