The outer shell uses two mould sizes and combines aramid carbon fiber with epoxy resin to create a lightweight, elastic, and highly resistant structure.
The inner shell is EPS material allocated at different densities to disperse energy in case of impact, while the chin guard is precisely made entirely of carbon fiber and opens and closes via an easy-to-operate button on its lower edge.
The injection-moulded transparent polycarbonate visor and concealed internal dark visor both include anti-scratch treatment and can be operated one-handed using the lower-edge control.
Ventilation comes from an intake on the chin guard and two extractors on the upper shell; all ventilation devices are adjustable to control airflow.
The helmet includes an "Advanced Padding System" kit for a customizable interior, fully removable and washable hypoallergenic liners treated with Sanitized, an external housing for Bluetooth® communicators, a micrometric chinstrap for quick adjustment and release, and a standard nose guard.
