Wide-band AFR monitoring with built-in data logging 🔧📈
This compact wide-band AFR monitoring system ships complete with a five-wire Bosch LSU 4.2 wide-band oxygen sensor, a 42" harness, an 18 x 1.5 mm weld nut for sensor mounting, and Windows-compatible data logging software on CD-ROM. The system displays live AFR (air/fuel ratio) and logs more than two hours of data, including AFR and engine rpm, with export to Excel for further analysis.
- Data logging software runs under Windows ME/XP/Vista and supports user-defined scaling for analog inputs.
- Spares a 0–5V analog input for throttle position, manifold pressure or other sensors.
- Wide supply voltage range of 11–16V allows use on small engines and race vehicles without an alternator; typical current draw is approximately 1 amp.
- Waterproof, ultra-bright blue LED display with automatic dimming for low-light conditions makes readings easy to see in daylight.
- High accuracy: less than ±0.10 AFR error over the 10.3–19.5 AFR range.
- Easy free-air calibration procedure compensates for sensor aging.
- Provides a 0–5V analog AFR output for dyno instrumentation and other interfaces.
- Compact housing measures 4" L x 2" W x 0.5" H for tight installations.
Designed for both on-road and dyno testing, this complete fuel/air ratio metering system is suitable for motorcycles and other small-engine applications. Made in the USA 🇺🇸
