This rear fender is engineered to sit about 50 mm closer to the tire, reducing the need to lower the Sportster and shortening the clearance between fender and tire. ⚙️

• 100% custom-fit ABS plastic part with no adjustment work necessary.
• All bores and millings are produced on modern 5-axis CNC machining centers so the part can be exchanged directly for the original component.
• The struts must be shortened for assembly; after installation, check spring deflection.
• If needed, limit spring travel with a spring travel limiter to ensure safe operation.
