🔊 The ZARD 2:1 complete exhaust for H-D Softails has been engineered to enhance the character of this iconic American cruiser, delivering a distinctive design, a deeper sound and improved performance.

Designed and handcrafted in Italy, the kit includes headers and a silencer in stainless steel, a solid-machined aluminium end cap and a laser-cut stainless steel Zard logo plate for an exclusive aesthetic touch.

The system also comes with a stainless steel heat shield kit and is available in Euro 5+ homologated and racing versions, with satin or black Cerakote® finishes for high-temperature resistance and standout looks.

Compared with the original exhaust, the ZARD kit increases power (racing: +3.9 HP, Euro 5+: +1.8 HP) while reducing overall weight (racing: -1.1 kg / -2.4 lbs, Euro 5+: -0.1 kg / -0.2 lbs).

The sound is deeper and more aggressive, ideal for amplifying the bike's presence, and the system remains compatible with OEM saddlebags and passenger footpegs. Note: the black finish includes only the silencer and the heat shield.
